RealtyBundles aims to be a global, online and liquid real estate trading platform connecting worldwide investors with local real estate agencies. The service we have defined is scalable, innovative with a clear business model beneficial to all stakeholders involved. The key novelties of the service is its ability to create new business model for existing small and medium real estate agencies (REA’s) allowing them to provide online trading services while meeting the needs of the investors. In addition, the RealtyBundles service is defining a novel concept of logical real-estate bundles formed of real properties, that provides investors a reduced costs and diversification while ensuring liquidity. The RealtyBundles service will provide a trusted & transparent service providing all the information and performance required for the investment.
